Ekogni is committed to providing an accessible experience for all users, including students, teachers, and administrators with disabilities.

Standards

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines over time. Our public website pages strive for AA conformance; functional product screens continue to improve as we ship updates.

Measures We Take

• Semantic HTML, labels for form fields, and keyboard navigability
• Color contrast targeting WCAG AA and focus-visible indicators
• Text alternatives for non-text content where practical
• Regular QA checks on key user flows (signup, login, pricing, account)

Compatibility

• Supported browsers: recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox (Windows); Safari (macOS)
• Assistive tech: screen readers (NVDA/JAWS), zoom, and keyboard-only use are considered in testing

Known Limitations

• Some complex tables and charts may be difficult for screen readers
• Third-party widgets (e.g., hCaptcha) may have limitations outside our control
• Offline exam screens can vary by device; we are iterating on improvements
